anyone? it still starts up

I have an Air Dog II fuel pump and return kit on my 6.0. Routine check this morning. Twisted the drain, little bit came out. Tightened it back up and its still dripping and now i have no fuel pressure? Truck starts, gauge stays flat. Am i missing something here? Is this common? Ive heard...
