I had a 1st gen a couple months ago and I put all new master cylinder on it and brake pads and bled them and all that and it did the same thing. It would be stiff at first then slowly lose pressure. May be how the new master cylinders are made?

Wouldn't worry about it. Anything in the valley that leaks is pretty cheap. I have a tiny leak coming from somewhere and ordered the fuel bowl reseal like a month ago but still haven't done it because its not bad enough right now. Knock on wood.

Nice find!! IMO though I would have just left the hitch. It looks like the bed isade of 4 inch c channel. I have a flatbed with the hitch on the bed and have pulled some pretty heavy stuff and had no problems .plus I'm not a fan of the looks of a flatbed with a bumper pull hitch. But hey...

I'm probably gonna repaint it this weekend. It just seems like when I put something on the bed that is always just peels it up when I scoot it around. I may sand it all the way back down to bare metal again.

Okay. I see a kinda long plug right behind drivers side y pipe. It has a little green circle where it plugs in. Looks like it has a wire that runs to the turbo maybe. Kinda hard to see. Is this it? Don't want to unplug wrong thing.

Okay. If I unplug it I can plug it back up if I want to right? If the CEL comes on I'll plug it back in because that would bug me. Is there any downside of unplugging it?

Can you give details? I heard some say have somebody cut engine on and watch a little rod move then unplug it? Also where is it at? I know somewhere near the turbo but not sure where.

Forgot to say. $7000 obo. Truck is well worth it compared to some other junk with way more miles.
