FORScan Tire Size Adjustment For 37 Inch Tires

Did you get the chance to check the new numbers for the FORScan that won't throw a check engine light?

    Towing with MPD kit

I have a MPD kit on one truck and a H&S Motorsport kit on the other truck. Both trucks have a great power-band, tow great (30k lbs), and keep the temperatures in check. But my elevation is barely above sea level. In my experience the exhaust brake on the 6.7 Powerstroke seems to use the...

    Real Tuning

It should be updated Ford calibration because my exhaust brake didn't work much at all before I tuned the truck. Even when I was ******d, it didn't work well at all. But now that the PPEI power levels are installed, the exhaust brake works very similar to my job 2 truck. It actually works now...

    SXE line!

I have the H&S Motorsports 369 turbo kit with H&S Motorsports dual fuelers on my daily driver. I personally think it's a great overall setup once your transmission relearns itself with the turbo. I've towed around 17k up some steep long hills in California with the setup and it does very well...

Trans may be on its way out!

These trucks are very sensitive. I had a issue with Rail Pressure maxing out when normal driving randomly one morning. I thought the CP3 FCA was acting up at first but I took the SD Card out, updated firmware, and the truck hasn't missed a hiccup since then. I didn't have any issues with my...

    2012 6.7 800+hp build

Someone say R&R Rods for the 6.7 Powerstroke. Amazing quality to say the least. Great group of people to work with.

    deleted 15 blown up

Eric, You on public social media stated this statement. PSA Members on the forums wanted to know what came of the "blown" engine(I didn't even start this thread but would like to know what happened for our public knowledge of what not to do). All I did was state what you said yourself. There...

    deleted 15 blown up

From what I've gathered , they are blaming Kory Willis at PPEI tuning for the disaster. I've been running PPEI tuning on my 6.4 Powerstroke build and 6.7 Powerstroke with no issues at all. But their truck is a 2015 and that is just what I heard them say caused the failure. :poke:

    The Nightmare

I just installed Hamilton pushrods and Hamilton Valve Springs before the initial fire up. I guess it's time to order a cam and new lifters since apparently the machine shop charged all that money for a rebuild but didn't replace the lifters or anything sadly. Going to try this one more time. If...

    The Nightmare

Should I just replace the lifters and seal it back up? Or what do you think? Cam looked perfect, crank looked great as well. Machine shop didn't change lifters however. Used the ones that came in the replace Ford engine with 2k miles. Sadly, it was making the same noise before tear down and why...

    The Nightmare

Got the hard start figured out. Starter was going out and getting weak. So replaced that & batteries. Just got done installing new rocker arm assemblies on both sides of the truck. And fired her up hoping for no more taping or anything. Well, here is how she sounds now...

    The Nightmare

Here is a video of the passenger side with the valve cover open. The ticking/tapping/knocking is for sure coming from the passenger side. Sounds like the middle two cylinders. But it sounds like it's ticking on the top end of the motor and much quieter without the valve cover on(maybe the valve...

    The Nightmare

The machine shop measured the rods. They said everything was in perfect shape since the engine had only 2k miles on it when it was torn apart again. Only thing that they did not replace was lifters, rocker arms, cam and the connecting rods. I am going to use the Snap on scanner to do a Power...

    The Nightmare

57 views and nobody has any insight on this noise? Rocker arms, lifters, or wrist pin? I just hope it is not the lifters or wrist pin. Spending all that money to tear it apart again and redo it would just make me want to sell the truck honestly.

    The Nightmare

Here are photos of the adapter behind the flywheel that connects to the crank. It was positioned wrong as you can tell by the photos. Dowel pin was at a 7 o'clock where the crank timing hole/line was at a 11:30. Put the dowel pin at the 11:30 angle and all is good on the adapter/counterweight...

    The Nightmare

When I pulled cab off and heads. Here is what I found, which looked to be like the injector on cylinder one was starting to go. However, the cylinder walls looked great: The engine after the machine shop assembled it for the most part: Assembly of it:
