I've seen '11-'14 seats in an 05 F-250 with functioning heat/cool. I assume you could do the same in the Ex. It's not easy to get it all wired up, but it is possible if you want to put the time in.

Interesting on the emissions failure. Wonder what is causing that. How is your fuel mileage? Mine was improved for the first week or so, but it has since gotten worse before I tuned it with a SuperChips. I'm thinking it might be clogging my DPF, or it's causing more frequent regens.

For what it's worth, when I put 38s on my '15 and swapped in 4.30 gears the speedo read pretty much dead on. At 30mph it is absolutely correct. At 70MPH per my speedo, a gps app on an iPhone had me at 73. Very minor change if any.
