40's on 8" lift

H&S mini maxx (help)
Bought a new mini maxx and went to install but it will not go past initializing communication. Vendor sent a new obd II adapter and hdmi. Still nothing! I have confirmed that the tuner is updated on the website as well.....any other suggestions?- Smokehouse
