Exactly, I don't think anyone is yielding these studs. I think the issue is not the studs, but rather the heads themselves, maybe the low number of studs to an extent.

Hard to say. Like pretty much everyone else, other mods were done at the same time. 6.4 pushrods are shorter, so less lifter preload. A reground cam reduced lifter preload as well.

I am running an Elite stage 1 cam, the specs are closer to the Colt Stage 2 than stage 1. It's been in the truck since 2008 with an entirely stock valve train and no issues. I am happy with it.
