So my engine is at the machine shop for some work and they tell me that the crank shaft main next to the cam gear has 0.001 taper. Has any one heard of this, do I need to get the Crank remaned or can I just let it go? any help would be great......

I am well aware of the need for the cooling fluid to have some sort of restriction or turbulence to improve heat transfer the oil cooler I am planing on replacing the factory cooler with is a setrab 925, these include brased turbuletors to improve heat transfer.

That sounds just like mine did when it blew over a year ago. :doh: I'm just now fixing it. I would recommend Dosers They have a upgraded Y pipe and also can upgrade The egr feed pipe to a braided bellows for those of us that live in smog areas like Californai. Good luck :rockon:
