I have a running and driving Dually cab and chassis truck that i am converting to a single rear wheel truck. The only issue with this axle is the right side wheel seal started leaking about 100 miles ago. I can replace this seal for the price of the seal on request. Other then that there is no known issues with the axle. 4.10 gears.

I'd like to get 550 out of it but would really rather just trade it for a SRW 10.5 Axle out of a 05-07 truck. I can deliver it up to 200 miles at $1.50/ mile

A C&C axle is narrower than a pickup. around 6" overall. The spring perches are wrong also. the C&C trucks have a narrower from therefore the perches are in. They can't be moved out because of the brakes. Also 05+ trucks have a 8 on 200mm pattern and require 17" wheels 99-04 is 8 0n 170mm and 16" wheels

I knew that to be true with the 04 and older trucks, thanks for confirming on the 05+.
