Yes that would be paint chipping off the wheel balancers not the rotors. Its got centramatic wheel balancers

how did you like the wheel balancers? worth the money?

Defiantly worth the money they work great never
Fallen outta balance or had any wheel vibration, just very annoying at low speeds with the windows down listening to them
