Makes sense. I have a ton of blowby too but somehow the compression is 400+. I hope for arguments sake that the gauge was inaccurate even though I did it multiple times using a gauge from my oxy act. torch set

Matt has told me several times he doesnt like the 100% nozzle due to the fact its so messy from all the extrude hone work. He recommends going with 80% if you are deciding between 80 or 100 and if stock or 200 is out of the question. I couldnt be happier with my smoke free canned tunes from Matt?

yeah ive herd that too.. ive also herd 200's can be cleaner then 100's because of how they are made.. so no reason to go less then 200..

Ive heard that about the 100% nozzle from a couple people now. Matt was the first to tell me that. It makes sense.

I dont think Id run one for that reason alone. Im not really how far I wanna go. I kinda wanna buy a 300cc inj and a 80% nozzle. If I think near 500hp isnt gonna cut it Ill throw 200% nozzles on em...

An 80% nozzle wont do anything different on a 250 than it would on a 300

Sure it will, just not where it counts.

@powerstroke junkie-I was pointing at the 238/80 combo in my previous post. I know the inj size has nothing to do with what a nozzle will do. The 300/80 would be no different than the 238/80, other than the 300 would be able to support a 200% nozzle whereas the 238 would be more matched to an 80 over nozzle.

I was leaving some room to grow....

@tim-what are you referring to?

If you think you'll need that much fuel don't bother choking yourself off with a small nozzle only to pull em out & swap em later. Save yourself the work/down time later & do what you think you'll want down the road now. Pick tuner _____ & injector builder _____, tell them your plans & work it out from there.
