Thanks, are currently working at a Ford dealer or a shop? And which one cause when I need work done, it would be coming to you. I like your cleanliness and not using roll loc discs to clean the deck surface. Thanks in advance.

I do this stuff part time. I am a student at Texas A&M in College Station full time. When I do work in town, its with a close friend, another member here (Super08Duty) at his shop.

I've seen cracked heads. Porous blocks leaking internally, porous front covers leaking as well (oil leaks usually, block and head failure were primary cooling system issues such as what you have found). Thorough diagnosis is your friend. Good job and nice write up.
