Ok got some more problems... Ended up pulling the intake off to get my hands on the ficm harness and found some thick, sludge on the ccv elbow. Checked the coolant reservoir and it wasn't empty but it was low. I'm guessing head gaskets since its on original bolts and the egr is deleted. I guess this makes sense of why the EOT temp was jumping around and the injectors would only free up after warm. I pulled the oil filter and dipstick and they both looked like regular diesel oil no sludge. How would the sludge get in the top side of the head without showing through the filter? My delta has never been Above 10* while I have owned it but maybe the cooler is cracked? Just searching for answers. I'm going to park it and round up some parts. Any input on vendors for parts would also be appreciated. Thanks
