Well it’s official my lariat ultimate is gone, i brought it to the dealer and traded it in and picked up my 2018 single cab I ordered february 6th. I would have liked a crew cab lariat again, but i really needed a second 8’ bed again and the crew cab lariat was out of my budget at this time. So I ordered a single cab to my specs. This is the first new vehicle for me, and first full day of driving it.
Plans are to put on some lariat, platinum or king ranch take offs and put some 35’s on it, level it, paint match the front end, add a lariat front bumper, paint that to match, do the rear bumper, i have a set of fender badges at plain n simple now, doing a set of headlights from him and putting led bulbs in the halogen housings, and custom painted front and rear ford emblems and katskinz black leather seats with white stitching and heated, and 5% on the back window, 35% on the sides and 50% on the windshield. Having ordered vinyl floor and cloth seats, my seats will be even softer then having factory leather. As far as tuning and ******** goes, i was all for it, but after driving it 100 miles it seems to have plenty of power and fuel economy is good.
