I would check conectors and grounds on your wires. My regens before on my truck would be every 75-125 miles no matter the type of driving. My purchase dealer checked and said no problem you owe me 126 for looking at it.:cursing: Next town over they checked and said fine till hooked up while test driving and reading were all over the place and they found loose ground. Then my regens were at 300-350 and now about 2000 and counting:pimp:

Its running fine right now, but I'm going to rebuild it.

Gotcha, just thought I'd ask bud. Any idea on who's internals you'd be using for the rebuild? Seems as though the options are some what limited right now huh?
