Anyone install the oem fog light kit on an XL truck?

Ford really has me scratching my head on this one.. Apparently it's cost effective to install a completely different body control module on the XL trucks so I can't just install fog lights, buy the correct switch and away I go..

So now I have lights and the right switch but can't find a part number on the correct BCM.
It's probably a stretch but I'm wondering if anyone has a part number or the kit around but not installed yet?

Yeah I'm trying to find just the pn for the bcm. I'd rather not have two sets of lights and another fig light switch if I can avoid it
