Manifold looks really nice, just how long did that take you? I spent almost 12 hours total on my manifold and it never looked that good.

Not sure how much time total, probably 6-8 hours
I took it to my friend who has a milling machine at home and had him mill out the inside flat and I did the rest with carbide burrs

I did modify and add a 3rd v-band flange on the passenger side to make it easier to work with in the truck

I really like how you chamfered the ports on the intake manifold.

And you welding skills are awesome too!

Thanks guys! Wish my welding was better still!

Hah I saw that on you thread lance, mine had a dowl pin in it so should be all set!!

Just have to figure out my wastegate now, any of you guys have some ideals? I'd just run it on the passenger side manifold and vent it out the wheel well, will that work?

Probably use 250-255/100 injectors for this project more then plenty of fuel to get me into 12s on fuel and high 11 on spray!

Ouch, what happened there? To much back pressure?

They came off of a single 80mm turbo setup. Back pressure is ~75psi at WOT. Bellow expanded and the interlock liner unwound and went through the charger. Nitrous backfire about a year ago had to be the cause. Just now found it after trying to get to the hpfp.

That setup must take off like a bullet once she lights!! Nice back pressure number too, hpfp? 6.4?

That's why spray worries me, if I'm careful should be all set tho

Ya, takes 3000 rpms to light....it is a 6.4 with 100 overs.

Indeed, just be careful with them. If a backfire happens, give everything a look over and you should be okay.
