Great info, on my license it says "CLASS: C M1"
Then on the back it says
"CLASS: C- Veh w/GVWR <26000, No M/C; M1-2whl M/C, Mtr-drvn Cycle,Scooter RESTRICTIONS:none."

From what I gather under 10K bumper pull with a regular pickup bed and Im fine?

Check with "Denver", But it sounded like you can go over that a bit in CA... I dont know CA laws. But yeah, 10 k and under you should be fine.

EDIT: TREED! LOL

Dog gone...i knkw I am late to the party, but Marty (no rhyme intended), that truck looks awesome with the otm, and those wheels. Nice to see that beast hooked to a trailer, and hauling stuff!

Rhode Island state police DOT are nasty. Any trailer over 10k requires a CDL. If not have fun when the grey suburban pulls you over and proceeds to anally penetrate you.

In Indiana DOT say 10k-26k is chauffeurs liscense over 26k class A CDL. I thought DOT laws were basically the same state to state

No, there are federal regulations and then there are state regulations. Just get the CDL and be done with it. My plan at least

This is the one that I have my eye on -

Picture_013.30110654_std.jpg

102 x 20 H.D. Equipment Hauler
-7000lb. accu-lube axles (all brakes)
-16in 10PR Tires RADIALS
-Wrap Tongue
-12k Jacks
-10 inch Channel Drive Over Fenders
-Stand Up or Slide In Ramps
FREE SPARE

$4200 near Houston. You can add length for $100/ft. I would also add stabilizer jacks in the rear.

Here is the place -
