Hey Guys,

I thought I would share my 08 F350 Harley Davidson Build with you for a second time. My first build I was running a 58.5/73 turbo set up with a Dragon Fire 85% pump and 110hp nozzles. Once the truck was back together with the 66/82 it wasn’t driving / spooling good with the 6” lift and 38” tires. So we regeared the front and rear end to 4.56’s and put in a new eaton posi. We then ran the truck on a dyno a few times and it was only able to make around 730rwhp with the 85% Dragon fire and 110Hp nozzles, the truck just needed more fuel. I decided to order a Beech Performance Dual Fueler kit and 100%’s from elite and got those put in.

Here are a few more pics of the Duel Fueler going in.

I had a Nitrous Express two stage kit with a progressive controller and purge system installed, I decided to put the purge out of the side of the side vent.

Here is a video testing the purge, since then we changed the angle to spray up a bit so it doesn’t blast people in the face.

The truck just got back together and running last week. BD put it back on the dyno on Friday and it laid down an 866.3 / 1337.2 then followed that up with an 877 / 1350.5 on BD’s Duel Eddy Current Mustang Dyno, it is defiantly one of the toughest dynos around. This is also running my old tunes from just the dragon fire and 110hp nozzles, I am waiting on another tune then will put it back on the dyno.

Once we have all the tuning figured out, we will start playing with the nitrous and see where what kind of numbers we can get.

What did the heads flow over stock?

To tell you the truth I did't have time to flow them, I was in such a rush to get he long block back so we could have the truck together for a Dyno Competition. I can get some more info on them from DFC Engines and let you know.

That is a sexy build. I was surprised with the orange but I'm guessing it's Harley orange. Quite the build list and I must say a little envious. How you like the new gears?

The gears made a huge difference, especially while highway driving. I think at 120km the truck was around 1600rpm and now it's running around 2050rpm or so which is nice to stay in a bit of boost.
