It can be done and pretty easily. I didn't have to take anything out of my cab when I got mine down to 7620.

I don't know if they took the rear bumper off. But getting rid of a battery gutting the front bumper among other things will loose some weight. Hitches are heavy too. Im sure all that's gone by now

No we have no interest in Making compound kits singles are working good enough for us so Aaron and Dave will make one

Seeing the truck run in person was awesome. Then I believe the stupid trolley dropped me off and I crossed the road right in front of you guys on Saturday afternoon. That truck has a great sound when you pulled away from the light. I was scratching my head because it doesn't sound at all like a 6.4.
