Did i loose a Turbo?

I'm having the same problem, no power, no power, then all of a sudden power is back....when in no power mode, boost dash gauge jumps around from 10-25 and then holds at 20

Well I did not have any boost at all. Zero. Everything checked out on computer. Vgt sensor to everything. Just no boost. Pulled turbo band was a total mess as you can tell in my pictures.
