Going back to page 1, and the OP title... "Do's and Don'ts of stretched tires"

The "Don't is easy, "Don't do it."

There is no "Do"

Wow that was an interesting read. There are lots of people with WAY too much free time on their hands. I think they look cool. Id be nervous about the wheel edge, but if you have the money to run them then you probably don't give a damn. I wouldnt. Mount them chits and take some damn pics already.

That's definitely about Gayy inches tall and Toolbag inches wide. The size of the wheel looks to be a Cockbreath X Cumdumpster

all you boys do is bash people that have their own opinions... sorry some of us dont like zero offset 16's and 35" intercos. and as for your "off roading" criteria, remember. we have diesel trucks. not rock crawlers. we dont off road. we hit mud holes. and you mainly hit puddles at your country jam concerts and yell yee yee. let the man have his own opinion. i personally have done plenty of 33 and 35 12.50 tires on 14 wides. looks really good. doing a set right now. 22x14 hostiles and 35x12.50 toyo's. opinions are like dicks. its no issue having your own, just dont try to cram it down someone else's throat when they dont want it. dont opinion rape us. we dont care. we like what we like and you like what was cool in the 90's.

Pretty happy with my 305s on my 20x12s. No issues. My truck doesn't see mud. My beater does. Who the hell wants to get a 50k truck covered in mud. Good way to ruin it

Well that's your sh1tty opinion. Thanks :) I don't need a badass lifted mud truck or a stock grandpa mobile. I enjoy mine the way I want to

Remember back in the early 90's when monochromatic paint jobs and faux duallys were the thing? In a year or two everyone is going to look back and say "what the hell were we thinking?"

Nahhh. I've never had the urge to put muds on my 8k lb truck. I enjoy actually driving my truck. Call me crazy but it's fun to hit some windy roads in a lowered truck on 420s. They still do good in the sand so I can hit the beach with some poles and a cooler full of beer. That's offroad enough for me.

I hate mud. I live in the midwest and everything is mud. Fields everywhere. People who.take their daily driver and throw a lift and mud tires on it and then go spray mud all over it are idiots. I know, ive been one of them. It just ruins a good truck.

Id personally buy a pos truck and put a good, powerful motor in it and then run some huge rubber ala tye sawzall mod and beat the piss outta that junk.

Since this thread is about stretching tires i dont know. I have 12.5s on a 12" wheel. Not exactly the subject of this thread, lol. I like the squared look it affords me. As I dont like the tiny wheel and huge bulging sidewall look. I agree, do what you want. But dont ask about it unless you're ready.for opinions.

Who the hell wants to lift their truck to make it look like they are on the way to f#ck their cousin lol. Get out of this thread if you don't like this style. You don't see us hopping into threads about your style truck bashing it left and right

I love the look of trucks like Mike's. Very much not practical for conditions up here, though. I can't see the mirrors even staying on after running on a good loose gravel road with some grippy tires. I also like the looks of 35s or 37s on 16s, so I'll just settle on something in between that make sense for me. Right now , that's 325/65r18 studded Duratracs on stock 05 18's. With no lift. Hoping to go to a 37s on a BMF 20x12 when I get lifted. I'll need to run flares though. If I could run the wide tires without flares, I would though.
