mine has been fluctuating quite a bit... seems like the wind is a big part of it... anywhere from 16-19.7 depending on the weather ... or the multiple fuel stations i go to on my drive home and back.... staying pretty consistent in town though.. 14-15mpg 100% city....

I babied mine all the way back from Ennis this weekend and hand calculated 15.2 driving between 2-5 mph over the speed limit. It was tuned at 1,300 miles and I never really hand calculated it stock. It's fixing to hit 8k miles so I hope the mileage will improve with more miles. My old truck got 18.5 hand calculated running about 5-10 over the speed limit from OKC to Clayton, NM and clayton is 3,700 feet above OKC.

That doesnt seam to be a whole lot better than a stock truck

its still good mileage tho for a 9000 lb brick lol

I've been driving a lot of unloaded freeway miles. Last 3 tanks have been about 80/20 highway/city. I'm averaging 18.7. All stock. Really excited with the towing numbers. Hand calculated 11.7 pulling the camper (10k). Tuned 6.4 was in the high 9's with the same load.

At least mine is consistent, 11.5 +/- a tenth hand calculated on every tank so far. Have 1,600 miles on her now and all have been mixed with it regening every 100-150 miles. Have not towed yet but will be in the next week or so, should be interesting. Hope the mileage improves, my old 7.3 gets 18-18.5 driving the same loop.

By my lie-o-meter iam averaging 14 to 14.5. I do mostly highway driving and some town driving, but our town is so small theres only one stop light. So i cant really count that as city driving lol. I just ordered a mini maxx and egr/dpf delete, I cant wait for them to arrive so i can install them. Will i notice a diffrence in fuel mileage from removing the egr? I know the mini maxx shuts it off. Just wasnt sure if it will still hurt my fuel mileage with it installed and turned off, compared to removed?

I've been deleted for several weeks now...picked up 1.4 mpg since then. I'm at 18.4 mixed driving. HS, performance tune, setting 1 for fuel.

Love it

Not to hijack the ops thread. But I keep reading about people setting there fuel and other settings like low boost? What will i want to set mine to for reliabilty and better fuel mileage?

Down to 14.5-15 mpg on hwy... She's deleted and tuned as of yesterday. Up to 8500 miles and the fuel mileage has done nothing but drop. The latest drop was fairly significant, I'd bet winter blend fuel is partly to blame for that.

Well since i have had my tuner on for 1500 miles or so i figured i could update my situation.

Towing i have gained .5-1 mpg, up to 10.5-11 now.
unloaded 75-80 mph hwy up to almost 17 now compared to 14.5-14.6 before delete.

Also these gains are on WINTER fuel, where as other numbers were with regular #2. Doesnt sound like a lot of difference to some of you im sure, but since i bought my truck ive already racked up 10k miles so any gain helps my pocket book!

Bought my truck last week with 3 miles on it. I'm up to 1600 now . I do 80% highway 20% city. I've only had on regen cycle and I am averaging 16.8 hand calculated. I'm sure here in MD we are getting winter blend. So far I'm happy with it. This is better then the hemi I was driving average 12.5 to 14 same driving. I average 70 on the highway.
