Finally got to dyno the truck after installing 238/100 injectors with copm 910 valve springs, and headstuds. Put down 460hp/1075tq with Jody's tunes on PMRs :ford:

Pretty good numbers man. Mine made 538/1200 with Cass's 238/100s and a 38r. That's on a fully built engine but through a stock auto and Bean's tunes.

1100ft-lbs is alot of stress for a PMR engine. I know you're probably happy with how it runs but its worth the time limiting the low-mid range fueling until the engine is at it's peak HP then add the fuel in as normal.. HP is a factor of Torque and RPM, the PMR's don't mind RPM it's the torque that breaks them. Food for thought, .02.

Now you do have to account for the drive line loss dif between auto and manual. I have never bothered to see what exactly it is between a locked up 4r100 in 3rd but I am sure there must be a dif. But still maybe I am conservative but with an auto 900 for pmrs and 1200 for forged are the numbers I would stay below. Stock bottom config of course.

Sidwaz,

Nice runs.

Do you have the print out graphs from the runs?

Would like to see how the tq and power came up and what the peaks were at.

I just saw 37s as well. You are really pushing things in the TQ for PMRs IMO. I am assuming these are canned tunes and not live tuned?

Do you have AE or anything that can data log?

he dyno'd with smaller tires. Over the phone DP tunes with tweaks.

Dyno'd in 4th which I believe is a 1:1 TARM.

Yep for me the limits are 900 PMR / 1200 Forged OEM for tq limits for autos. Without CP testings equip that are the limits for me from lots of looking at failures and tq numbers.
