How's it run being a 6-spd? How's the 38R light with those 238's below 1600?

It lit pretty darn quick even with the 1.15 housing, not sure on the rpm as its been more than a year ago since I've had that setup. It for sure lit faster than the 74mm BFH and 450/400s I'm running now, 2800rpm stall converter doesn't make the lower rpms very useable anyway.

Could it be the past 80e where giving trouble? I thought I read somewhere also about the 80E giving trouble but I could be wrong. Maybe someone from DP can clear this up.
