What is needed for this swap to have the 4R100 shift correctly in a obs

If you of a good trans guy, some of the 4R100 parts can be put into the E4OD. And not worry about getting the trans to shift correctly.

Swap all that over from the old trans and it's good to go? What torque converter do I use one from a 4r100 or e40d? Or does it not matter

Doesn't matter on the converter.

4r100 has the cast 4x4 adapter vs E4OD is aluminum. Some also require an updated plug for the solenoid pack.
