FASS fuel system issue

I recently had a FASS 125 titanium installed and i keep having the issue of it bringing up my "water in fuel"code, even though the original setup has been bypassed and unplugged. Im also wondering if there is a kit to remove the stock setup from the valley under hood, I've been told it should be directly hooked up so that i don't burn out my pump or my injectors. any help would be unreal!!!!

You read it correct , I am using EFI live. Something due to the pump continues causing this issue. I have tried what FASS has told me to do with the dfcm reset but it doesn't seem to last more than 12 running hours
