Front and Rear Differential Fluid

What type of fluid do you guys recommend brand and viscosity for front and rear Differential? I have 116K on my 2012 and pretty sure I'm due to change out both. recommendations please

Anything from Mobil 1 in the right spec will be great to use.

your spec should be on a tag for the dif
if not check the manual or online manual not sure if the E diff has another spec or if you have the option

I didn't know the info for viscosity of gear oil was on the tag. I'll have to crawl under there and check

Found my manual. Thought I threw it out awhile ago on accident.

80w90 front
75-140 rear
Any brand in particular recommended over ford?

so nothings changed fluid wise for the newer trucks i was thinking they may have a different fluid if you have an E locker
remember the rear is a synthetic you may need a LS additive if you have limited slip and you hear a chatter after you change fluids but almost all but the Ford gear oil have a LS additive in them already
