Blowby is above average, but i haven't checked it since i swapped injectors and everything else. Voltage is 14+

Put another 60 miles on it today, and of course the last 5 miles home i don't think i even saw a puff out of. Backed it in the driveway and let it idle while i unhooked the trailer. Smoke free the entire time until i moved it up to park it. LOL

Hi and welcome to the forum.
That mileage is a point where injectors often need to be replaced.
If you have a weak buzz you can swap that injector to another cylinder and see if it follows that injector.
Did you clear the cylinder of fluids after installing that injector before you started the engine?
Take a look at the underside of the engine harness as it lays on driver's side valve cover. Make sure you do not have chaffed wires underneath.

It takes quite a bit of hard driving to push the air out of the injector and the oil through like it should.

Yeah check under the harness where it lays on top of driver's side valve cover for chaffing.

You did not answer how you cleared the cylinders of fluid after installing injectors.

I would ohm both 1 and 8 injectors starting at the under valve cover harness. The center pin is the common to all injectors on that bank. The two front and rear are glow plugs the others are the respective injector pins.

These are not Pensacola injectors are they? 1 and 8 are new? You did or did not try move dull sounding to different cylinders to see if the dull buzz followed the injector? The 42 pin connector right there where the harness lays on driver's side valve cover and sometimes chafes, can have corrosion on the pins. Disconnect with 10 mm. Lift harness look under for chaffing and check pins in connector for corrosion.
I just moved to a new house and shop. I'm not completely unpacked so my pwr. train book is awol, so I can not look up those codes.

That "new" injector could be bad. Where did you buy it from?

You barred the motor over with the injector out. All that does is put more oil in the cylinder, not clear the cylinder. After replacing the injector, remove the glow plug, bar engine over two full revolutions. Let starter turn motor over for a few revolutions. Replace glow plug, put motor together and start motor.

to add to andy's post, make sure 42 pin connector is not connected before you roll motor over with starter.

There's your possible issue. I wouldn't trust injectors from oriellys at all...
