U could try runnin the hose on the up pipe side of valley, and wrap the hose with 1100 degree thermaflect 3/4" x 3' sleeve. Love this stuff. If you are worried about heat that is.

So what would be the reason to not just put a freeze plug in when doing a egr delete?

I have an 06 that is leaking at that oring I'm going to start on soon.

With a standard egr delete, coolant still has to be returned through the manifold.
