Issues after tuning, codes and def

Just installed street tunes no limit from my x4 and turned truck on.
Code p1635 "tire/axle out of acceptable range". I changed tire size to 34, is this an issue?

Dash says 800 mi exhaust fluid range. I thought the tune would turn the def system and urea off. Any input?

About to remove the exhaust and don't want to have an issue

What tunes? No such thing as: "Street Tunes No Limit"... Do you mean you got the x4 from No Limit and installed the "Street" setting? If so, was it AS/GH, Tyrant, PPEI or P!P tunes?

sounds like you loaded the canned tunes and not the custom tunes. you should be choosing from tow/street/hot street/race
