EBP sensor blew out. Thought I had it on tight (like I said...amatuer) Tightened it then had to run too work. Will test when I get home.

Haha I have had that sensor blow out after I removing my egr cooler. Was on a round trip, had the wife reving up the engine with my head under the hood on the side of the highway.
It can be mofo to get to when the engine is hot.

God damn boots man. What am I doing wrong this is so frustrating. Whats an alternative to them? Is it the vanjen clamps or any other thoughts?

Couple videos after I got the gear head tune. Loving it.

A little smoke for WOT its tolerable for me.

Once you get to Tyler you'll be close enough to Matt for a live tuning session. Good luck with the boot, Colton should be able to help you.

Have someone weld a bead on the hard pipe

Please no.

OP take a picture of which boot it is. If it is the 90 degree boot on the bottom, cold side of the intercooler, there is a raised section inside one of the ends of the boot that needs to go on the intercooler side.

Dremel the pipe with a sanding disk to rough it up then soak it in hair spray. Clamp on and tighten her up, let it sit for a little so the hair spray can harden.

Soaking elbow in hairspray did the trick. But then forgot to turn off traction control and then phone died. You can't fix stupid. jfc

Once I stop getting in the way of my truck with all these stupid mistakes, should move pretty well.

What are folks seeing for boost psi on non-vgt 66's?

Oh, sorry! That only works on every boosted application except for diesels.

welding or rolling a bead on pipes works on diesels too! LOL

I think he was implying that something else was being overlooked. Any charge piping should have a lip on it, ESPECIALLY a diesel (which typically sees higher boost than gas applications)

I think he was being sarcastic... But I'm not sure.

Hairgel, the thick hardening type works like hair spray also. I was single when I had a 6.0. No hair spray around the house lol.

glad it's working buddy !! with my 63 I was seeing 42 , with my 64.5 I'm seeing 45-47 . boost is just a number though, it isn't representative of too much.
