The 6.4 intake Mani isn't a direct bolt on though is it?

Well... all the bolts line up but it is not bolt on. You have to do a few things to it first and then it bolts on. IMO if can can port your own 6.0 manifold then you can mod the 6.4 to fit the 6.0

To be truthful I am not exactly sure yet. I have read a few write-ups but I have not done it yet myself.

Maybe I will do a really good write up when I do mine

What exactly has to be modified

A couple tabs gotta be cut off. Fab up a alternator bracket. Either weld a intake elbow onto the manifold or make a bolt-on adapter plate. Cold side CAC pipe modified. Block or re-direct coolant passage between front cover and intake manifold.
