Not sure if this is the correct place for this thread, so I apologize if this was in fact supposed to be in "Suspension.."

I am trying to decide whether or not to go with the OUO traction bars over the PMF. I heard mixed things about PMF, such as squeaks later on such...

Help me out with comments and opinions, and take a crack at the poll!

My dads 6.7 has had ouo bars for about 170k. He tows quite a bit and has never had any problems with them. They have never squeaked or rattled.

OUO on all of our vehicles as well. Very hard to beat the quality and craftsmanship behind every single kit.

Call us for pricing/availability. Most products can ship same day.

40k miles on my PMF bars and no squeaks.... I love all of my PMF stuff, and I'm on my second complete lift from them. The craftsmanship is awesome as well, very solid pieces and the welds are works of art! And they'll continue to get my money as long as I have something to put their parts on.

ALAs - OUO. Their fit and finish is second to none.

Noow on the traction bars: I think there's a difference in how the overall truck reacts in every day situations. My opinion, and I restate, my opinion - the truck reacts better to overall daily on-road driving better with floating traction blocks. The down side is the OUOs are more asteticaly pleasing. Especially if you don't have running boards.

Almost 80k miles, 2 trucks, and towing upwards of 42k lbs gross and not a single issue or noise out of my OUO bars. I won't run anything but OUO bars on my trucks now.

Isn't that what it say. Pre bars truck blows the tires off through 3rd after bars spins about 3-4ft and is gone.

For one I don't have any bars yet so here's how I think it should be, pre bars truck will bounce and cherp tires and after bars it should either spin or just go.
