My '04 threw a code...P0269(cylinder #3 contribution/balance). Truck idles rough and surges. It has Full Force(Casserly) 190/75's that have about 32K miles on them. Fuel pressure stays constant...60psi and never changes. So I don't think it's a rubber o-ring or copper washer issue. Can damaged injector internals cause a contribution/balance code? I have a feeling I'm gonna need an injector.

Check all your connections on ficm and connector for that injector. If you wanna be sure it's a injector and not electrical then swap it to another hole and see if the problem follows. That's the procedure I always use when doing injectors anyways.

Pretty sure its not an electrical/connection issue. Because if it were I would think it'd throw a circuit low or circuit high code....not a contribution/balance code. Got a guy coming over today to test the injector. Probably gonna swap with #1injector and see what happens.
