Right around 45-50psi. I'm not sure why I'm having trouble. If it doesn't blow the ic piping off, the boot will give out and rip causing a huge boost leak[/QU

stop being a cheap ass and buy some better quality boots
I'm not being a cheap ass....they are pressure rated to 290psi and rated to 300 degrees. Mandrel bending solutions does not sell junk.

I know I'm late to the party but I ran an 8.64 1/8th in my 05 eclb 4x4, with Warren 190/100 injectors, Innovative tunes, stock everything else.

Stock turbo? How's the smoke with the 190's?

I just tore my new 6.0 apart for studs etc and threw on a kc68, warren 190/75 injectors and a ported manifold and the truck ran a 13.3 @ 101 at 8150 lbs on my 35's. I was running gearheads reduced fuel tune I would like to try the full fuel once it cools off I'm in az so its still 90+ at night at the track. Here is the video I launched at 8-10 psi because I do not have traction bars and still running a bone stock trans.

Are you saying the times I ran makes you wish you had an auto? My friend had a 6 speed in his cummins and swapped to a built auto so he could run a little faster down the track.

Yea. Well drag racing in general the zf6 isn't the quickest shifting stick

Ya I couldn't imagine trying to row gears in my truck. The turbo would never stay spooled with my shifts.
