I'm diggin this old thread back up that Shawn started because i want to show some people how gullable some guys are about dyno#'s....this one in particular. For guys that wanna set a goal of making 550hp with their truck shouldn't think that a powermax, 175/75's, and tuned FICM with stock intake and stock exhaust is gonna make 530-550hp. Here's a thread and feel free to put your two cents in....http://www.powerstroke.org/forum/6-...258022-first-dyno-run-ever-wow-its-great.html

and what are you doing hanging out on the org i say we give you the:hammer:

For sure. I'm still on my stock Trans with 250k miles and it has been severely neglected. might go to the track Friday and see if it will hit 11.xx on the stock Trans.

Trapped 104 and change at 7300lbs. That was with my 190/100s in. Fuel only. When i put it on the rollers ... I had a 40v ficm ....did 517 on fuel and around 620 with a small shot.

On edit.... Looked like this. [email protected] had something like a 2.5 60ft...

I ran a 13.74 at 96 CCSB weight 7250lbs with extreme race non studded tune, exhaust, upgraded fuel spring, banjo bolts and egr delete, so far have ran it 6 times i hit low 13.8 to mid 13.7 have my PHP FICM programmer coming soon and will see what kind of real world diff that actually makes, i have also been thinking about the extreme x tune but not sure how head friendly that would be with FICM tuning

I ran 13.5@99, truck weighed 7400 on DOT approved scale. Calculates to 487 ish.

190/75s with Powermax, Banks intercooler, built transmission, Detroit Tru-trac, no FICM tuning. Truck is super cab short box, street tune with no converter lock up, and FICM voltage is a little low.

New XtremeX tune and after FICm work, will be going to the track in a week or two for new numbers

Just an update for those who might care LOL

With XtremeX and FICM tuned, truck did 13.3 @ 100, so around 515 rwhp

14.02 @ 94.9

powermax, 190/75, 60/40 water meth running 2 jets instead of 3, KEM race tune. straight exhaust (4 into 5) stock everything else. truck weighed 8250 CC/LB 4x4 33's (325/60 terra graps)

i have a HPOP issue for sure. but it ran pretty damn strong. just couldn't turn it off LOL.

i think with some traction bars i would be in the 13's as i am soo close now. but also the Go-go tranny mod would help too.
