I remover these to run 6.0 manifolds. These are warped and will need to be machined to use. $500 and you can fix them $600 and I will have them machined. You will need hardware as well.

Is that shipped ? And how much material has to come off to make them true again?

Shipping is not included. The way they are warped the material would need to be taken out of the middle of the flange. When they were originally machined material was removed from the ends so if they were machined again the flanges would basically be the same thickness throughout.
