I say get tunes first. The WOW factor will be a much greater bang for your buck compared to a rear diff.

But....with all that extra power easily spinning that one tire you will want a TrueTrac more. It's a catch22. LOL

haha yes for sure in two weeks i should have enough money from working to get a tune. then ill get a true trac after that. but i asked my mechanic and he didnt sound to thrilled about it when i said i wanted him to put a rear diff in my truck, so idk now if he really would do it for as cheap as hes done all my work.

There has gotta be a drivetrain shop somewhere around where you are. If you aren't gonna do it yourself I would go to someone who specializes in that department then.
