Do you know how much smaller a dmax stock nozzle is to a 6.4 stock nozzle? 150% 6.4 is way bigger than 200% dmax fwiw.

Correct, dmax pw and timing is insane compared to a 6.4.

I still believe that running lower a pw on a bigger nozzle will inject faster. it lets you inject the same fuel quicker into the chamber. You can run less timing and make more power. The faster you can get a complete injection sequence the longer it has time to burn in cylinder. Less combustion heat lost through post burn out of cylinder.
