SPE 6.7 Hot tunes

Well I just ran a 15.8 with the SPE tune. I ran a 14.7 with a custom tune from another member

Ouch, maybe reload it and see if something didn't load correctly. What size tires are on your truck, even the 14.7 seems slow

Ya both seem slow. I would load a canned HS tune see what she runs.

Truck is on heavy 38x15.50 Toyo MT's with 20x12 wheels.

Eliminations are next so I'm just going back to my custom tune, this way I'm nut trying to guess a dial in time.

I ran mine Friday night. Couldn't make it to the track in time to get on the dyno today.

14.01 @ 95.07 on SPE tunes
14.46 @ 91.81 on H&S tunes

CC/SB on 35s.

Oh really! Who's tunes are those besides SPE? I could see that on 38s going down the strip being hard on it.

I have Spartan, H+S and SCT for one of our 6.7 trucks so we can test all three tuner options. I have run SPE tunes and been working with them on some transmission shifting changes, power is good. I do also have custom Spartan tunes we've been testing so I can tell you Matt is still updating 6.7 tuning. Having had a chance to dyno the new Spartan 200's to see how they compare to the others but I can tell you Matt found more fuel and the roll on's are insane

Well guys Me and Matt dynoed our 2012 trucks with the exact same mods and H&S tunes yesterday mine made 517Hp 1026 Tq. Matt's put down 526Hp and 1197Tq. Then a 2012 King Ranch dynoed with Spartan tuner and he couldn't break 476Hp. He even made them make 2 extra pulls 5 pulls total because he saw our trucks break 500 and he said his should too. I am happy with it!:toast:

I thought the Spartans were supposed to be 480-500 and the canned h&s tunes were like 450ish?

Spartan was most likely draining rail just like on 6.4s the 310 makes more powa than the 350

Not sure what the deal was on the Spartan tune. Clay wanted to dyno the SPE tunes but They had already closed registration by the time he got there.

Haven't had an issue with the tuning, the 2-3 shift jumped and slipped a little on that run. You can see it in the 1/8th times.

On my last run I red lit when I pushed through the breaks it was running slower than it was previously. I will get the time slips up later when I make it back home.

Haven't ran it hard since, but well see how it's acting in the next week or so.
