To start I have a full 4" no cat, S&B intake, powermax and 155/30%. I'm going to get a mad turbo with billet wheel, intake manifold, ARP studs, stock gaskets, No limit piping, snow performance as a back up, lol. My goal is around the 350hp that can pull anything that I put behide it, almost like stock. I will be needing to upgrade my cooling system, to keep oil and water temps safe.
So is this a dream or can it be done, the test pull will be to Moab for Easter jeep, in march. If not I'll have a nice drive and for my small trailers. I will test the manifold first, then put on the mad turbo to see how they help.

Going to have the heads ported a little too, got a buddy that builds race motors, said he would help me out.
I know I'm asking a lot, but I'm sure this can be done without twins, right?
If you think I'm crazy, say it, lol.

So did I read that right? Your "goal" is 350hp? If that's all you are after why not stock injectors and stock turbo?

350-400hp, I wanted to build a safe and fun truck, and was told that I would have a lot of CP on a 100hp tune. And I have the injectors already.

Not sure what it's at, I know it runs the same as my street tune did, just hotter. Ever time I go over to my friends house I run about a half mile up hill, with my street tune I would hit 75-78 and then 103-105, now I run 78-80 and 102-104. Got 2 spots marked because we got faster over the years, back in the day we were at 75-85 at the last mark.

Fwiw a 6.0 with a good tune will make around 430.
I liked my truck best with 155s and a stock vgt, it ran it's ass off everyday and pulled awesome. I could load a tow tune and never have to worry about egts, I even hauled a little with my insanity tune and it wasn't a problem. I have honestly thought about going back down to that setup for reliability and driveability...

I know part of the trouble is I'm at 5,000' and I pull a big 5th wheel, at the cat scale I was at 25,000lbs gross

Guys, what he is asking to do is simple. It isn't the greatest idea to pull a 16000lb running a race tune. He wants to build a safe tow vehicle that can hit 350hp with a tune safe for pulling huge weight.

It is obvious a tuner alone will far exceed what he wants, but it isn't safe usable power when towing crazy heavy!

I've seen you post this up a couple of times, makes me think about going this route. All I'm lacking is the injectors. What kind of elevation do you see towing in Texas and what's the heaviest load?

Twan- that's a lot of weight, 1k# more than what I've had weighed with my setup. Mine seems to do ok with what I have, there are a few hills that knock it on its ass but I still get there. I've learned to just take it easy so I don't break anything. I towed this last month from sea level to over 8k', around 20k# combined.

Yeah, I just want a safe, mild build not looking to be the fastest, I will say it has alot of power, just high egts. Was going to buy a new chevy, but I like my king ranch way to much, and all the people I know what me to get away from the 6.0, which drives me harder to make this work.
I have arp studs and a electric fan setup coming from qucik tricks, looking at some manifolds, cam, push rodes, and springs from Holderdown, got a intakemanifold being build will be testing that without any other changes to see how it does. Getting a mad stage 2 turbo, a snow kit. I will be starting to order parts in December, want to get the right list together. The tech will start the build around januray. If it works, it will be bad ass, if not, should have bought a new truck, lol. Live and learn. I want to keep my parts cost under $10,000 any impot on party or ideas will be great.
