My old dog Tony

When Tony was 9 we rescued a black lab pup and named him Dante. Had to put Tony down last year and this was Dante for the month after...

He would just sit at doors and windows and whine for his buddy Tony. So with the family agreeing we are definitely a multi dog house, we rescued Mavis and she has fit right in and her an Dante clearly have had a connection since the first minute.

The funny part about her and "little"...the rescue said best guess she would end up 45-50 lbs. Our vet thought 55-60. She just turned 1 and she's 73 LOL LOL

I got you. I wish I would've put that together first go around. But Dante was a wreck, and so was the family. Tony never had any real health issues, and then one morning my wife found a growth on the back of his tongue. 5 weeks later we had to put him down.

In the end, it's a really good life reminder. I believe the animals in your life are a blessing, and that we bring value to each other in many ways. Tony definitely brought many great things into our life

This was Waylon. He was a full blood Black Lab. He was a HOSS at 95lbs. January 3rd he got hit by a car and didn't make it. This is him riding shotgun in the old Peterbilt. He loved riding!

We also decided that we were a multi-dog family so very soon after losing Waylon we acquired another puppy.... Remington. The house training fun began again!
