I understand that they'll have a plug to finish off the kit shortly.

to OP and anyone else. This is what I found when I went in there. This is past the throttle body. Half of the throttle body was caked up like this also. Looking into the manifold was obviously black but not caked on too bad. Cleaned it out with a shop vac and some brake clean.
So I removed the valve, and aired up my tires an extra 5psi. Reset the computer and still says 14.3. truck feels a little better in the pedal.
and Cleaned out
An OEM vehicle will undoubtedly have multiple issues if the throttle valve is removed. This modification should only be performed on a vehicle that is running the correct ECM tuning.
Would your tunes with dpf on allow for the delete of the valve with no codes?
live life full throttle....
load it like a box car, drive it like a stock car..
Now I'm confused. Is it the EGR cooler that's causing the throttle body to get dirty or is it the stock CCV...or both?
Is the hose that goes into the ccv box has suction. Should that be plugged off?

The best thing is to route it to the atmosphere. You can't plug it off because the crank case gasses need to be able to be relieved. If it's plugged it could result in oil leaks or blowing the seals on the turbo.
