If you're hitting 300ish psi cranking, IPR climbing to 85%, you have HPO problem.

Did you "key on" or directly power up IPR during air test? 300 psi is common with HPO leak. Being an 03, common leak spots are limited to Injector orings and pump itself....usually.

You said IPR connector was melted. Is IPR good?

Ok the oil system is leaking I guess I didn't pressurize it long enough. It took about 15 minutes to start leaking and it seems to be leaking between the injector and oil rail.

I would recommend doing all o-rings on that bank when you dive in to. You're already there and they're not expensive. You can find most of those o-ring kits on ebay too if you're looking. Not sure which vendors offer anything here. They'd be my first choice.

I plan on doing all the Orings while I have it torn apart. Who do I need to call for the Alliant parts?

I did all the injector Orings and replaced the HPOP along with ICP sensor and IPR and the truck runs and starts great.

Thank you to everyone for the advice.
