upgraded banjo bolts

I thought i read a thread about strictly diesel or innovative that had a banjo bolt that improves flow.

Can someone point me to that thread?

Or has anyone used these are they worth the buy?

Are there any power gains? Is it worth tearing into just to add them?

Even I won't recommend tearing into the truck for JUST the banjo bolts. They reduce restriction and improve fuel flow to the rails, but you won't feel a SOTP power improvement. If you are getting into the fuel system and doing a regulated return install...that's a great time to install them.

thanks for the info I will wait till I do the fuel bowl delete and rr to do them.
