If you have all the springs in your gate, that is most likely the issue. I went to 1 bar of spring on my setup with High Powers and a 44mm Tial gate, and absolutely love it thus far along. Ebp is in check with no issues what so ever and there is lots of boost still. 58 psi to be exact.

Way too much spring. Should be using a max of 2 springs to achieve what you're after. Yank some springs homie.

That's what Dustin told me too guys. I'll pull the wastegate when I redo the pipe between the gate and turbos, when I add the bellow. So which springs do I need in it?

I can't remember which two are in mine. Yellow and............

I have a tial gate though - can't remember which you have. I can tell you which I don't have when I get home and look in the box.

I have 1.2 bar worth of spring.

I have never understood why you guys think the spring matters that is why there is a regulator to control when it opens. Either way I guess

from what i have found if you have too much spring it will make the gate chatter or have a hard time opening slightly, so either you gate too much or not enough it seams

We never swapped a bellowed one for a non-bellowed one, that would be pretty stupid. We had a few of them crack on us before Elite revised them. Not sure why you thought you knew what you were talking about?

Corbin's never cracked either, his LP turbo just blew up. No reason for us to re-make that S pipe anyway.

I don't know, Farlow has changed up a lot of stuff because he thought he knew better. Since Nathaniel didn't built it, it was the only logical explanation. I don't really care one way or the other

Put the truck on the dyno today at the 8-LUG shootout in Tulsa. Made 680hp on the best run. They weren't able to get torque readings for some reason. I was told by a couple guys the dyno was reading low by most people's standards. So take it for what it's worth. I was hoping for 700-730 but I'm happy the trucks still running great!

I am sure the dyno is low considering your mods. As long as u are happy with it, that is what matters. I am really enjoying my truck!

Hay there bud I was sleeping last night when you texted. Anyhow... good to hear that the truck is running good still and you are having fun with it. One thing that I would really like to see with our trucks is a dyno graph with a journal bearing atmo turbo overlapping a graph of the duel ball bearing atmo turbo aka Percision 76 and see how much of a change there is when the power starts coming on. Good to see ya out enjoying the truck though and talk with ya soon bud.

That dyno was all over the place... There was a wore out 12v with small injectors, stock pump and 63/75 compounds and a .55? jet that made 627hp... And then there was a all out race 12v that was said to be well north of 700, that laid down average of 330-350. But then some trucks were dead on.. Those guys didn't really know how to operate the equipment and get the more modified trucks to put down their full potential.

bringing this thread back up!

new block officially has 10,000 miles on it as of yesterday. everything is holding great! thank the lord!

only issues im having are:
1. the front fuel pump leaks anytime the temp gets around 10 degrees or below. not a big deal just a little annoying. probably wont worry about changing it out considering all the bad luck people have had recently with reman pumps leaking shortly after install.
2. still havent got the boost situation figured out. i have tried many different things and found several boost leaks around the turbos. when i get some more time ive got a few other things to try and figure out.

just thought i'd keep everyone updated on this truck.

Thanks for the update Dillon! What is your boost at now by the way. And I know that my 76 leaks boost around the housing. I've tried tightening it but its tight so I don't think theres anything else to do.

I see 47 at times. My 76 leaks as well. I'm going to put some silicone on it and see if that helps.
