Why are the coils not straight? Does it need an alignment?
Yeah it needs an alignment. Maybe that'll help some. There was only one review on the website and that was the only complaint the guy said. Naturally I have more than one! LOL for some reason it looks worse in the pics

Took advantage of some good weather finally and gave'r a bath. Put a little power cone/polish tune up on the 20s as well. Maintaining a raw finish this time of year kinda sucks!

I've been wanting to try to do mine for a while. What baking process did you use to separate the lens from the housing?

Oven at 230 degrees for 15min, 10min would've probably worked.

People say prying the Lens apart is the hardest task for headlights I think prep for paint is way more annoying.

Cool thanks man! That may be next weekends project if I can get some paint this week.

Sounds good man! Best thing for chrome is easy off oven cleaner yellow can.

It actually works? Undecided whether I want to strip a chrome grille I have and paint it or just leave it chrome.

It's scary how well it works...

All I did was spray, let sit, then rinse.

Wow. They make something for everything I guess. Even if it isn't the desired purpose, lol. Still not sure if I want to do that grille though.
