those are the cheap Chinese heads

thats what clearwater/odessa and whatever other name they use sell as the " new" head I also think they are what Quicktricks has on their website as " new heads " the picture is the same as the one Odessa has on ebay

here is the deal with getting the chinese to build stuff for you they will also sell that casting/ to anyone else who comes to their door
getting an exclusive requires way more money or volume and enforcing it is not going to happen so when you hand the Chinese your specs you can fully expect to see your own product pop up in competition against you
