Ya. I am going to see if I can pick up some filament and print this, it would be pretty cool. Mounting tabs will be thicker obviously on the final product.

It's official. The 78 and 62 turbos are paperweights now. :biggun:

Apparently the failure on the 78 was a thrust bearing from oil starvation, and the 62 was over spun :evil

Why the oil starvation on the 78? :puke:

I can guess why the over spinning of the 62... :ford:

To be honest I don't know. I'm going to put a pressure gauge in the feed lines to see if I'm starving the oil system with the addition of the second hpop.

I'm moving to a larger hpop this time; the injectors are much larger.

With my second hpop, I see the oil pressure drop down when she's at full song.
No oil pressure, or supply issues to my turbos so far.

That's what I figured.

I can't seem to get a Borg Warner to last. (Granted I'm not easy on them)

Do wheels just go flying out of these journal units when you spray them or what?

I switched to a charger that won't blow up with moderate abuse. Moving to a GTX3582 for my high pressure, got an awesome deal on it. Parts are rolling in. It's going to spool MUCH better. 62 is up for sale if anyone wants it. Mods close this thread.
