Billet 366 with less than 5k miles on it, blew the boot off the turbo at 44psi, went to go put it on and found this:

Turbo seals gone already? Really?
Rarely. Maybe once or so every two weeks on an accidental hard chop. Not hard barks.sure looks like it. has it been barking ?

Just got my first revision today, haven't put it on there yet. I was wondering that too. Sh*t turbo from the start causing all my issues?Did you get the new tunes yet? I wonder if that was causing your egt problem?

Cody wants to get my trans tuning down first before I start messing with fueling and what not. The first revision is purely trans changes the way I understand it.Is that reversion based of my race tune? if so that should be a awesome tune for you to be based off of but I would get the turbo looked at ASAP.

I don't feel any play in and out. I've always been told a turbo shouldn't have any shaft play that you can feel or see.
Billet S366 from Morgan. What turbo are you running?
Billet S366 from Morgan.
Can confirm - side to side / up and down is typical and will be more prominent as the turbo is drained of fluid.
In and out is the bad play.
It's extremely difficult to get through a conversation on the phone with someone telling them to play with their shaft by (trying) to move it in and out to see if their bearings are going out... giggles all around.

Good deal, great service through ATP guys!!!!This^ LOL LOL
I've been in contact with the OP on what's going on and we're working out a solution. Tune revisions are in process as well. While I don't think this is a tuning issue considering Ethan did report that drive pressure has been near 1:1 since the charger swap and he hasn't reported excessive surging or barking issues (Similar experience I had once). Should have you up and running here soon Ethan
